      image I had a really bad experience at the glen oak location in Hendersonville, Tn. I went there friday and a lady name Sharon Whooten did my taxes. The return kept getting rejected because she had my social wrong employee identification number wrong. One of my dependents name was entered wrong. My account and router number was wrong. Mrs. Shelly over at H&R Block had to fix all of these things for me. Finally today my tax return was accepted. Glen oaks had no accountability instead of taking the blame they blamed me when paper work doesnt lie. Sharon doesnt need to do anymore taxes!!!
