Professional, Courteous and Kind - was so impressed by the staff here, esp. Valerie, who stayed late on a Friday for a stranger to help fix a mistake made at another agency. Really went above and beyond, was really grateful for her help and impressed by the customer service.

Im I single Grandfather with custody of my two toddler Grandkids. The ladys and the staff here are Brilliant at what they do, from the phone call to book our appointment to the in house visit, they were exceptional. My grandson needed a multiple of shots in which they explained to me verbally and with writing literature that made it easier for me at 50 to look over and understand. How they handle him was exceptional . They made them feel comfortable with coloring books and ice afterwards . As a grandpa Im always very cautious and careful with there needs and care . But the ladys here made our experience enjoyable and well worth coming back .Thank you ladys from the bottom of my heart

One of the receptionist is very very rude and should not work with the public. Otherwise I can only say that I have been treated extremely well. The nurse who takes blood, Brandi and the doctor are all absolutely wonderful. Its a nightmare to get an appointment though.

The front desk staff was kind and was able to get me in early that day. Brandi the nurse was patient, gentle and friendly!
