If I could give zero stars I would, I contacted three brothers for a job I needed for my basement bathroom remodel. They were so hard to get ahold of and once I did the customer service representative was unprofessional and seemingly Ill informed with any basic information. I wouldnt recommend.

It has been my rule to not give negative reviews. I have always felt that everyone has a bad day sometimes and I just roll on. Today I am breaking my own rule. In the past, I used A and H Plumbing and had a great experience, every time. I did not realized that A and H had sold until I tried to find them. I didnt give it a second thought about calling Three Brothers because my past experiences had been so positive with A and H Plumbing. Id like to give a review for Three Brothers Mechanicals work, however, I never received a call back. I call to schedule an appointment. I left a message with a lady in their call center. Three days later, I called agin. Again I spoke with a lady in their call center. She took my information again and then said that if I didnt receive a call back in 24 hours, that meant that there was no availability. I asked if she thought that is why no one ever called me back the first time I called. Her response was I dont know. In both calls,, their call center staff was indifferent, as if they dont care if someone called back or not. They were not friendly nor courteous. If fact, they sounded like they would like to be anywhere but where they were and it showed. As a business owner, if I treated my customers like that, I wouldnt have any customers. Of course, after this experience, Three Brothers Mechanical wont have me as a customer, either.

I waited several days to write this b/c I was furious, so I toned it down. I hired this sham company to do over $19,000 worth of work on my home. They do substandard work and do not want to return as discussed (its been over six weeks of excuses) to correct the problems they created. They want payment for incomplete work, and the boss Johnny plays the game; (we have to collect payment for unfinished work, so trust me). I have had patience with them for over two months; they say they will do something and do not follow through. Not to mention, every one of the techs except Johnny has told me they overcharge (they do)! You decide if you want to go down this road. I'm the loser, and I'm done playing understanding customer! You decide! Services: Water heater installation, Faucet installation, Water heater repair, Faucet repair
