        Everything sounded good before & during. Prior to starting we even received an email with a video detailing how professional, clean & thorough the process would be. then they finished & we had to walk around & show them where they neglected to fill in gaps, we were left with splattered paint to clean inside & outside & the following day we noticed we could see through the dark colored kitchen paint, to which we were told needed a 3rd coat that they normally charge for but would waive the fee because we were not totally satisfied, as if this were a favor to us. This is something we should have been informed of up front when we sent in our color choices & we would have gladly agreed. Communication is key in any successful business. Theres a serious lack or none thereof in quality control, especially for the amount of money charged. We should have never had to check behind their work & get things redone, to which all of still were not properly addressed. Overall I definitely would not recommend for the price. Please consider implementing quality control on EVERY job. Somewhat satisfied.

        From the initial call from Andrew to the follow ups from Rick and Kevin, the customer care was stellar. The actual painting, done by Alfredo and Jason, was completed in the time promised (actually earlier), professionally, and with perfection. I have used Certa Pro two times already excellent!       Hi Izem,It looks like you're writing a review about the wrong company. I ran your name through our system and there's no record of a customer called Izem Selassie. We also don't send out videos to customers before the project. Although it's a good idea. If you're using a different name, please feel free to email [email protected] so we can look into it.I will say that our contracts (which you would have signed before the project) and website state that a third coat may be required depending on the final color selection. We're sorry the company you hired didn't make this as clear as we do.
