Great staff. They get us in and out in a timely manner. Dr. Fulks is friendly and knowledgable. We're not 100% pleased with the pontics retainer on our son and neither is Dr. Fulks. He is making him a new one once the teeth settle- post braces removal. We take all three kiddos there. They offer discounts for multiple family members, as well as for nurses!

I went to orthodontist two years ago and 1got my braces done and after that they shut down the business and my teeth shift it. It was looking very bad. My dentist recommended me to go to dr. Fulks she told me hes one of the best orthodontist here in Nashville Ive been with them for a few months I like the service I like the doctor, finally I got it done and I am so happy with my teeth with beautiful smile. I recommend . To anyone want to have a beautiful smile. Smile construction orthodontics . Is the place to go.

Dr. Fulks and his team are great! I have had two kids use his practice for braces and we couldnt be happier!

Dr Faulks and his staff is great! Quick story: my NP had prescribed meds for what she thought was chronic migraines. Dr Faulks suggested this could be due to the alignment of my bite/teeth (I used to clench at night as well). I opted for braces and upon my teeth realigning, I dont have migraines! Would recommend 1000%!
