        At the beginning things were going well. Half way through the process, I would attempt to communicate for updates, yet no answer. Email, phone call, voice-mail. I would wait at least 3 days each communication. In multiple occasions, he forgot to ask for paperwork. I would ask question, I never go answers or a reply of any kind.
