    Melissa and all the ladies in her office will make you feel as if you are their only customer. They are easy to get on the phone and want to make sure you have the best coverage you need and willing to make changes when needed. It was easy to file my claim on my auto policy and it was taken care of quickly. I did have an issue with Allstate corporate on my renters policy and when Melissa was made aware of it she worked hard to get it resolved. (15+ year customer) I am still waiting for that refund check.

    Allstate is rated the worst for paying out claims. Please do your own research. Melissa is friendly enough, but that doesnt cut it when you need an agent to act on its customers. We had storm damage from the March storm that toppled trees and took 3 lives in Hendersonville TN. Minor damage that we ended up paying 1k out of pocket. Allstate stated there was no damage after the inspection. Its blatant damage. We will be finding a new agent. Weve also filed a BBB report and will file a small claims case.

Justin, As we discussed via telephone and email, your claim was not denied because there was no damage to your home. Your claim was not paid by Allstate because your homeowner deductible is $2500, and as you stated, it only cost $1000 to complete the repairs. All insurance companies require the damage to exceed the deductible before a payment is made. The estimate the adjuster provided you was in the amount if $928.83. That is why we did not pay for the damage to your home. You received a call and email from your adjuster on 4/25 and 4/26. I spoke to your wife on 4/26 and followed up via email to both of you. I also left another message for you requesting a call back so I can better clarify and address your concerns. I am still available for another conversation if you would like to call me back.
