Melissa and all the ladies in her office will make you feel as if you are their only customer. They are easy to get on the phone and want to make sure you have the best coverage you need and willing to make changes when needed. It was easy to file my claim on my auto policy and it was taken care of quickly. I did have an issue with Allstate corporate on my renters policy and when Melissa was made aware of it she worked hard to get it resolved. (15+ year customer) I am still waiting for that refund check.

Allstate is rated the worst for paying out claims. Please do your own research. Melissa is friendly enough, but that doesnt cut it when you need an agent to act on its customers. We had storm damage from the March storm that toppled trees and took 3 lives in Hendersonville TN. Minor damage that we ended up paying 1k out of pocket. Allstate stated there was no damage after the inspection. Its blatant damage. We will be finding a new agent. Weve also filed a BBB report and will file a small claims case.

I recently had the pleasure of communicating with Jaime in Melissa's office (and having met Melissa previously and seeing her as well around town), and this office is awesome! We had a client in common that was working with both of us, and Jaime could not have been easier to work with-this is coming from someone who used to work in the insurance industry as well. This group cares about its clients, and providing a great experience to everyone they speak with!

Jaime was on top of my claim and kept after the other insurance company when they wouldn't respond. Thanks to her help and perseverance my claim is finally going through.
