Still trying to fight a claim from earlier this year. First I’m told “they just need to resubmit the claim with the correct diagnosis”, yet a receive another bill that’s not covered. Then, they tell me “oh now we need your medical records faxed to us to support the new diagnosis.” Medical records faxed and verified that they were received. Still received another bill that’s not covered. Then it’s “oh we never received your medical records”. IT’S ALWAYS SOMETHING. Steer away from this health insurance. I’ve never dealt with one so unprofessional and disorganized before, yet I’m paying for “premium”. I feel scammed.

I have this insurance through my work and it’s been the WORST experience. They do not deny claims but rather ignore them to where they have to keep being submitted over and over and over. If not, you’re left to pay the bill. NO ONE has ever heard of this insurance, knows if they take it, etc. I pay over 200 dollars a month for insurance that I can’t even essentially use other than at a hospital. During open enrollment I’m cancelling and taking my chances.
