Tooth Extraction Clinic - Hendersonville

I got all my teeth pulled here and that process went fine. I was scheduled quickly and was explained the whole process of getting dentures thoroughly. But when it came time to recieve my dentures the whole process was traumatizing. I went months without teeth. They kept having to remake the dentures over and over and they didn't fit. The worst part of all of it was the dentist kept suggesting that they were fine that I just needed to get use to them and insisted that I wear them even though they didn't fit and would fall out anytime I tried to speak or eat. After several months and countless appointments I recieved a set that looked awful in my mouth. They look like horse teeth and I have a huge overbite and the bite is way off so I'm unable to eat with the bottoms in. The dentist told me there was nothing else he can do to fix the dentures that I'd just have to get use to them. I'm devastated and also malnourished now because I'm still unable to eat solid foods. So now I'm having to try and find a new dentist and will most likely have to pay out of pocket for a new set of dentures because my insurance is most likely not going to cover a new set. I'm embarrassed and extremely self conscious now and have had to walk around since November with out dentures that fit correctly. One of the dentist seemed to be super nice and willing to work with me but the other one was very unprofessional and very nonchalant about the situation and brushed me off like what I said didn't matter. The dentures look awful and I'm embarrassed to wear them ive been walking around with a mask on for months because they look so bad. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone.

Great experience!! Everything was smooth and fast.. getting X-ray setting up appointment doctor was so great everyone in the office.. thank you so much

I have been to this clinic 2x:s so far and Everytime the service has been excellent. The dentist as well as the assistants are very professional, kind, sensitive and understanding to my concerns. I like that they play music of your choice to help you relax and offer laughing gas as well to help make the process a pleasant as possible. Would definitely recommend this location to my family and friends. I look forward to going back as I continue my oral health journey and having a beautiful healthy smile!!
