I would highly recommend Lumen Cremation for your loved one. I was kind of skeptical because everything is done on line but I was able to make my arrangements in my own surroundings and it was so easy. Scott and his staff were very friendly and professional and always concerned about my loved one. He answered any questions I had in a timely manner and kept in contact with me through the whole process. I will definitely use their services again.

Scott and his team are wonderful. Dealing with a situation as such is never easy. However, I knew immediately that both myself and my loved one were in the best hands possible which gave me a great sense of peace. Scott was always very quick to respond and even reached out on my behalf to clear up a question I couldnt answer directly. I felt I was dealing with a friend who truly cared and I trusted him completely. Very professional, kind and reasonable pricing. Would absolutely recommend.
