        Kaia is the absolute best! She made my experience today a pure joy. She was knowledgeable, professional, informative, and very very sweet. She also went to the trouble of explaining anything and everything that I had questions about very thoroughly. Because of her, I'm going to make Express Oil my regular place to go for anything and everything about my car. Ladies, if you've ever been nervous about going to one of these places and getting ripped off, Kaia is your girl! She will not steer you the wrong way or take advantage. Love her and love Express Oil Change for hiring a girl like Kaia. She deserves a promotion and a raise!
