Takacs McGinnis Elder Care Law team are God Sent Angels to me. When I arrived to my appointment the warmth and Caring staff greeted me with a big Smile and Welcoming environment! My experience with this Law Firm have been Awesome and "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious" !!!

Takacs McGinnis Elder Law Care has helped my family & I navigate through some difficult times. When my Dad was dying, we had no idea what to do. We had No Will or anything. THEY helped us through the entire process!!
Now that my Mom is living her best life in Assisted Living, Josh Hunter; who is their VA specialist, helped me with all the paperwork so that my Dad's VA Benefits would help with my Moms payment at Assisted living!!
This Law Office has SO much to Offer and the people that work there, are just like family!!

Mom hired this office when her health took a turn for the worse. They are friendly and did help for the most part.
Yes the money paid was a good amount but not having to deal with Tenncare on our own was a help. The 2 star rating is due to the fact that they did not review my mother's information obviously and now it looks like probate will be needed. To pay $10,000 and now need to shell out more for something that they should of caught in the beginning. If you review their website "probate avoidance" is advertised. That is not true in our case. I asked them about probate in the beginning and was informed that probate would not be needed.

I don't know how my Dad and me would have made it through the process of moving his wife to long-term care and navigating the mountain of Tenncare paperwork involved in the process without the help of our Takacs McGinnis Elder Care team. Now we're planning ahead for making sure he has everything he needs and as his caregiver together we're pre-planning options that will insure the very best care for him as he ages. There are not enough words to describe just how thankful we are!
