After 15 years in Murfreesboro, we decided to come back to my hometown of Hendersonville. Months of searching led us to this beautiful community on the old Durham Dairy Farm settled 5 minutes from the heart of town and close to the interstate. The neighborhood has all the amenities of a luxury apartment complex with the feel of a quiet, family oriented neighborhood. Homes are gorgeous and laid out for all price ranges. We found a 3 bed, 2.5 bath, 2 car garage townhome and have had such a wonderful experience so far. Neighbors are very friendly and welcoming! Lots of fun events to attend and groups for all walks of life. We had the best experience and have been treated like family throughout the rental process. The sunsets are gorgeous here as well! We feel very safe raising our new family in the community. Kids are playing together, biking throughout the neighborhood and lots of people out walking their dogs and kiddos. Homes are high quality with beautiful furnishings and fixtures. We look forward to many more years here and to welcoming new neighbors to this place we love!

I moved to Durham Farms after living in downtown Nashville for 6 years. This community has been a breath of fresh air & I'm loving my townhome! Management has been great with any questions I've had (lots), and the neighbors I have met so far have been very friendly. I'm excited for the warmer weather to enjoy all the green space!

This is a new and beautiful community. Around half of the homes have been built, with the other half under construction for future move-ins. Very nice villas with high-quality appliances, plenty of space, covered front porches, back patio, 2-car garages, the whole works. These homes are for rent, but truly feel like a "home".
