        Dishonest! Did not return security deposit and lied about having to pay utility charges when I paid mine directly to the Utility company and have receipts to prove it. No return acknowledgement by phone or email. Kevin Carroll is a LIAR and thief. He will constantly raise the rent every 60 days too. Don't get hooked on his or T & K Rental Property SCAMS!!!
