Corey and Hillary are always willing to bend over backward to help. Their assistance is timely and knowledgeable. On top of that their cheerfulness and good nature is a real selling point. They are responsive and always get me the information I need. Way to go Clayton Homes.

My wife and I have been looking for a home for several years. Been to several different lots. We almost had a deal with Oakwood Homes in Knoxville until they tried to raise the price and put us in a home we didn't want and we just didn't go through with it. I went down to Clayton Homes of Harriman and met with Ben and I wish we would've met him a long time ago. He's been great to work with and he's done everything he said he would do and more. If he hadn't helped us, I would still be living in a camper. Don't waste your time messing with anyone else unless you want to get lied to. Go see Ben at Clayton in Harriman and he'll take care of you.

Me and my wife are currently in the process of buying a home from "Clayton homes" in harriman.. our point of contact/advisor is Corey Welch. He has been honest, direct and supportive.. he listens to what we want and gives honest answers tailored to our budget and needs. Couldn't ask for any more at this point.

My family and I recently bought a home with Clayton Homes in Harriman, Tennessee. Our home consultant, Corey Welch, did a fantastic job during this whole entire process with us. He walked side by side with us through the whole process. He answered questions, helped us with any concerns we had, and at times went above and beyond what he had too. We cannot imagine going through this journey without Corey by our side.
