        Bought some dirt one day and called to have some delivered a few days later. He gave me a one lump sum and when I asked for the breakdown, I found he had increased the price of the dirt and wanted to charge $75 to deliver. He seems sheisty and tries to gouge you if he can. Ended up going somewhere else for lower pricing all around. (Way lower delivery fee!)

        As much as I like to promote local businesses its also important to share ones with hidden costs, uncooperative owners and ones that offer services that quite frankly can be found elsewhere for less money. We recently ordered $800 of goods from Mulch & More LLC. . There was no service charge or delivery fee disclosed (owner even admitted that) but yet they held us hostage for over 12% in a hidden delivery fee. It worked, as it prevented me from shopping around! I cannot and will not support this local business and I would suggest you be careful lest the same thing happen to you! He was not only unwilling to remove the fee his driver held us up for, he was pretty rude to boot! I will pay delivery fees - I just want to know about them so I factor into my decision. I also Q uestion why sales tax is not broken out and listed on the invoice
