I called THREE weeks ago and felt like I received first class treatment. I had called for a price quote and faxed all the necessary paperwork. Still waiting to hear from them.

I called this insurance company after googling the cheapest HI. Well lets just say you get what you pay for. The lady took all my information and said someone would call me back by the end of the day. No one called. The next day went by no one called by around 3-4pm, so I called back. She took more information and asked about the age of the roof stating they needed that to give me a quote. I expressed I did not know and she insisted they needed that. She told me she would give my information to the gentleman that works there but that he had left to go to a Dr.s appointment. She stated he would be back in 20 min and would call me back. (This is a Friday). He calls me back and tells me they are swamped and there is people ahead of me. He said he would not be able to get my quote until Monday. He said he needed time to get back to me. He asked me a lot more personal questions such as if I am calling around getting other quotes. I told him I needed that information before 6 because we felt strongly that we would be putting in an offer on the home (not closing) before the end of the day. He stated he wouldnt be able to get that to me til Monday because they were busy and he needed time to see how much of a risk I would be. Monday comes and goes, so does Tuesday and Wednesday. Thursday I call back and the lady stated that the man did call me back and give me a quote. I told her that he did not. He gathered more information and stated he would call me Monday. She argued with me telling me rememberhe did call you back like I have some kind of Alzheimers. She put me on hold. The gentleman came to the phone and argued that I said I was going to check around and I stated I needed that for closing. This is incorrect and I tried to explain there was a possible miscommunication. However, he continued to argue with me as if I had Alzheimers. My words were twisted so were the events outlining my need for the quote. Words were put in my mouth that I did not say. This company took all my Info, ran my insurance credit and never provided a quote. This man stated hes been with the company for 45 years and he writes everything down. I dont know what kind of notes he has but if my personal information is written down- I request it shredded immediately. I also request an immediate removal from the insurance credit soft or hard pull- delete immediately! This company belittled me as a human, insinuated that I am a liar, and degraded my integrity.
