        Purchased a recliner for my husband for a suprise for Christmas. They said it was in stock and would bring it from the Alcoa store. I was told it would be at the store Tuesday. Today is Saturday, Christmas Eve. I have called for 2 days, literally 20 times total and no one ever answers the phone nor is there an answering machine.

        Sales people are nice, but their furniture is garbage. Catnapper power recliner has broken 3 times in less than a year. Maintenance guys won't even come out anymore.

      Hi Beth, I believe you purchased your recliner from Fowlers in Alcoa. We are Fowlers Roane County we are a totally separate store and not under the same management. Please leave a review for them. Thank you.
