This is specifically about Della Shelton, Affiliate Broker. She did not disclose information about the property, namely that it was a modular not a site built home. The home inspector said there was no way the seller didn't know it was a modular, since the seller had done repairs on the house. I demanded Della refund my home inspection fee, since I would never have even looked at the house if I'd known it was a modular. She refused to contact me. The inspection also found a large leak in the roof that would have necessitated replacing the entire roof, the wood beneath it, and the wall below that. My agent reported the deficiency to Della. Della proceeded to list the house again with NO info about the leak. The house was placed under contract by another buyer, but today it's active AGAIN. I have no doubt she "forgot" to let the buyer know about the giant leak, instead allowing the buyer to get a home inspection (another one!) and find out themselves. What an underhanded, dishonest agent!
