These people prey on elderly women. They quoted my mother a $69 "Service Fee" to install a new kitchen faucet, which she purchased. Upon arrival, they said they had to check the water pressure. They stated they did it through the water heater, which was inaccessible. So they said they could do it through the outside spigots. They then returned with quotes ranging from $344 to $1412, some of which was soliciting work she had not requested, or needed. Upon declining the 3 offers, they informed her that she had to pay a $69 "Service Fee" for providing the quotes. Shady company. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!!! REPLY TO YOUR COMMENT: That is what is known as a trip charge. When an old lady calls and asks how much to swap a kitchen faucet with a new one she bought and your answer is "It will be a $69 service fee." that implies that it will cost $69 because a service fee implies that you performed a service. A Trip Charge is not the same as a Service Fee. You are deliberately misleading people with improperly classifying a trip charge as a service fee. Service: Faucet installation

Chris and Dustin were absolutely amazing! Not only did they fit us in a day earlier than scheduled, but they went above and beyond with their customer service. They gave us all of our options and allowed us to choose what worked best for our timeline and budget with zero pressure or push. They even discovered an issue (on our city water meter) that we werent aware of and had the city come out to fix it that day! We had noticed water on the floor and couldn't figure out where it was coming from.i called and got an appointment for next day but a cancellation gave us an earlier time. Dylan and jacob came right on time...with masks and shoe covers. They checked every place in this home opening up tub fixtures and in access panels and even went under our modular home in the cold weather. After all that they advised me that the leak is most likely coming from the bathroom vent on the roof not sealed correctly. A fix that I can do myself. So I asked what do I owe you..they said the $69 service call. I said that's it? They said yes. Well for all that work that was the best $69 ever spent...HONESTY is hard to find these days but I sure did. This is a company you can trust and rely on. Thank you guys. ....turned out that it wasn't the roof....Dylan came back out and opened up the wall and found the leak. A defective valve right next to the roof vent pipe which was the first thing he thought and was in the right area. So he replaced the entire valve in the wall and now...ALL IS DRY AND REPAIRED. great service...great professional work. Service: Plumbing leak detection
