I had an issue with my item and thought I needed to return it. The store was pretty full of people when I came in and I thought Id be there forever . There was only one employee working and he was able to help multiple people at the same time with out showing any sign of stress. He remained so polite and friendly. It was refreshing to see. He also fixed my item and I didnt even need to return it. So a big thank you to Mark ! What could have been a very unpleasant experience was made great . You can tell he really cares about helping people .

As long as your a new customer this place is great but once they get you to commit then plan on paying for everything else and if need customer service they can offer some(very little) in store help but it will all be overseas and shopping if need anything or replacement product.
