Not a physician I wish to have again. Positives: professional, great office location Negatives: Seems to be only interested in the revenue she is earning and not the patient, I personally was not confident in her decisions

If you're looking for a cardiologist to go through the motions with- this is the cardiologist for you. I came to this doctor because of outstanding experiences with Dr. Harrison Turner before his retirement at the Kingsport CVA and due to moving to Greeneville. Im sure she would be a great choice for hypertension treatment or something small like that, but if you have a more serious condition that often times requires the doctor to work with you very closely as well as fit you in when problems arise, I'd suggest going elsewhere. If not, you may find yourself considering emergency care for things that could be handled in office or by phone due to her lack of availability to her patients. This is just my personal experience and my situation is a bit different and more serious than most. She seems like a very nice person when at appointments, the staff are nice, and the building is very accommodating, but again, this is not the type of Dr that is going to go above and beyond in any situation, no matter your situation, and if you need that doctor, as do I, keep moving. For those wondering what happened with me exactly and what prompted me to leave a negative review. I woke up one morning with excess fluid in congestive heart failure. I called her office as soon as I seen the problem as I had done with every other cardiologist that I've ever had. I was called back by her nurse saying that fluid medication could not be called in, that id have to be seen first. Every other cardiologist has been quick to do this as I have had to take this medication before. I still understood their position and after being told to make an appointment I told them that I already had one a month away and asked if I could be worked in. I was told to call my primary care (not even a cardiologist) and they did not even try to work me in. Congestive heart failure isn't just one of those things we ignore and I don't think that it is out of the question for me to want my cardiologist to treat it, especially when CHF is only one problem caused by a greater underlying disease. These people seem to not care about the well being of their patients, which seems kinda counter productive for a doctor's office. Mind blown.
