Best wedding venue I've been to yet!

Finally writing a review for my wedding from earlier this year. The venue itself was GORGEOUS. It fitted our needs perfectly. The price was decent too as everywhere else within 2 hours of Knoxville was at least $5k. The only problem I had with this venue was the coordination. The coordinator that worked for this venue seemed to be very annoyed the whole time despite all of us being very easy going and happy. I never got to do several things I wanted to do, including a first look and a gift exchange before the ceremony, but I let it slide since I wasnt going to let anything ruin my day. My family spent hours cleaning and tidying up the venue that night to help out along with me paying a $150 cleaning fee. Flash forward and I got a text from the coordinator saying that she was taking $100 out of my deposit for a couple soiled linens. I take responsibility for the idiot who decided to write on one of them with sharpie, but the other was just a stain. The reasoning was that they had to have new linens overnighted for the next day (what kind of venue doesnt have extras for this exact foreseeable scenario?) even still- $100 for TWO basic white linens and an overnight charge is absolutely absurd. So, if you decide to use this venue and need a coordinator, I would recommend considering outside options first, since all my $650 ($750 including the ridiculous charge) got was a bad attitude and no first look or gift exchange. Aside from the bad coordination experience the venue was amazing!
