I love pals,but today . I ordered a big pal no mayo. The young ladies repeated order correctly but Imagine my surprise when I got home in fall branch I took a big ole bite . Fries n drink ate on way home upchucked it all. I still love pals. I'll be back. We're human and make mistakes

As always, the food at Pals is amazing. However, this location as well as others should be shut down and remodeled due to the fact that it causes a *SERIOUS* traffic hazard. When this location is backed up, the road in front of the location is completely backed up, sometimes close to the main road. Two days ago I was almost involved in a head on crash because someone was driving on the wrong side of the road to get around the line of cars waiting to pull into the drive-thru. I understand Pals cannot be responsible for how people drive, however, Pals IS responsible for designing their business and the parking lot so it does not interfere with the flow of traffic in the area. The city should force a change if Pals is unwilling to do so.
