My Father needed a wheelchair and a bed delivered before he could come home from rehab. I called every dme company there was in Kingsport no one could do it but Ballad dme. I spoke with Anne who was so sweet on the phone she got his orders and in no time then Joseph (Joe) shows up earlier than expected which was perfect. I told her I needed it asap. He got it out there within the hour. The set up of the bed was perfect. The controls worked perfect. The wheelchair and bed was in perfect condition and he delivered it so respectfully and with great kindness and care. I love all the hardworking employees there at Ballad dme for their great kindness
and care. Thank you Joe and Anna. You are the best..

Got a prescription for a wheelchair and delivery was super fast. Unfortunately we needed a larger one.. the delivery man came and picked it up & then dropped off the new one. He was so nice! I wish I knew his name but he communicated so well and helped us out so much. Thank you!

Needed a wheelchair in a hurry for a child. Becky was wonderful. Professional and friendlyeven though I nagged her all day. Would highly recommend Mediserve.

I have been using Ballad medical supply for over a year and have always had such friendly conversations with everyone going out of their way. But today I spoke with Ashley who absolutely turned my depressed outlook into a ray of sunshine. Ashley thank you for making me feel worthy and important your an asset to this company

I called Sunday evening saying I was out of Oxygen was told they would deliver first thing Monday morning. It's Now Tuesday at 12:30 I have yet to have heard from ANYBODY. AND have called 15 times trying to reach someone.
