        I purchased a brand new Scag V Ride 2 38/61 and my dad purchased a brand new Scag Turf Tiger 2. Both amazing machines, excellent customer service, and knowledge of the product. They took us on a tour through the shop and made us feel like family. Their showroom is nice, the workshop is spotless. I highly recommend them for their unbeatable prices and unbeatable hospitality. We spent nearly $30,000 and made us feel GREAT about it!

        The owner is exceptionally rude and condescending! My friends and people I had met who ran Scag told me this before I bought my mowers but I didnt listen and bought from him anyways. That was the first and last anything I buy from that man! Bought a Turf Tiger and walk behind, the Turf Tiger was bogging down on not high at all grass, took it back over and he had a mechanic run it around an already cut field and as the mechanic was running it Gerald looked at me and said, Theres nothing wrong with that mower, you just dont know what youre doing. Been mowing since I was 13 yrs old. Took it to Cox Tractor and in 15 mins they had it running properly. Cox told me Gerald was their best advertising. Moral of the story, if you want to be treated decently and have good service, run as far from Boones Creek Outdoor Power as you possibly can! Go to Cox Tractor!
