Both Betsy and JoAnn were so very helpful when we were almost scammed on our internet, and they got to our account, and made it look like they were able to take out all of our money from all of our accounts. Betsy and JoAnn took charge of the situation and we had to communicate via writing notes since I went to the bank in person and had to keep the person on the phone. They walked me through what to do and got our accounts offline right away, and then we were able to change passwords and usernames after a few days of the online being shut off to further communications. They calmed me down and made me feel better about the dumb thing that I did - not from them from me. They were just happy that I came in and were able to at least get information that they could hopefully get to the tech department to hopefully stop these awful people from trying to do this to someone else. I also want to thank the Bank of Tennessee for all of your safety measures. These two wonderful Customer Relations Ladies that you have working for you deserve a bonus. They are keepers that is for sure. Happy Healthy and Safe New Year.

I don't know the man's name but he needs to realize that banking is still customer service too. I was told initially (3 weeks ago) that if I needed/wanted new cards I would have to pay 7$ a piece for them...so they were supposedly ordered . I needed a card because my husband's wasn't working and 3 weeks LLPater I'm still waiting for the ones by mail. I offered to pay the 7$ but he tells me we're just NOT going to be printing you anymore cards...yes I had a quite a few duplicates made and lOPst my card 2 or 3 times but I give my children copies for food and emergencies! And I'm well aware of when I don't have my card or when there's activity on it! He's just letting a little authority go to his thick head. They need to bring Paula and Brandon(?) Back and get rid of this guy! Now I have to find a new bank of
