I scheduled an appointment this morning for a tire repair. When I walked through the front door, I couldn't locate an employee. He finally came out of random door. I stated I needed a repair on my back left tire. After realizing I gave the incorrect instructions I went back to the front desk and again, no employee could be located. I opened the door to the repair shop and informed the person who was working on my vehicle I gave them incorrect information. He rolled his eyes and huffed at me. (Like a 5 year old). I went back up to the front and told the guy I didn't appreciate the behavior, I work too hard for my money and I wanted my car back. He didn't say anything, but walked back to the repair shop, got in my car, drove it to the front of the building and handed me the keys. I stated "Am I not going to get an apology for the employees behavior?" He stated "No, I ain't giving you an apology because you are an entitled" He almost said the "B" word and I stated "I am going to call corporate headquarters" He than began screaming to me stating "Don't care" multiple times" NTB must have acceptable business practices for the employees. No employee should be allowed to talk to any person, much less a female like that.

I scheduled a FULL synthetic oil change for my wife's vehicle, about 5 days ago, for 9am today since I knew she was off. We chose NTB because when my vehicle needed brakes a couple of weeks ago, they, especially Zac, took very good care of me and my vehicle. I also received a $30 coupon in the mail on any oil change from NTB, for opening a store credit card with them too. Normally we use another local shop. When my wife got there, the gentlemen who checked her in (didn't get his name), seemed a tad disturbed or annoyed since he was on his cell phone. Then he told her that it might be a 3 hour wait. Thats why we made the appointment in advance! They eventually got her in, changed the oil, rotated the tires and checked the brakes. After she checked out, she texted me a picture of the invoice. I noticed that they used the synthetic BLEND high mileage oil and not the FULL synthetic oil. I called the store and spoke to Daniel. He was very helpful, clear, concise and professional. He explained that 3 of the techs were running late and thats why the other gentlemen told my wife that it might be 3 hours. Then Daniel explained why they used synthetic blend high mileage oil. When you make an online appointment, and you check in at the store, the work order is automatically populated based on what you entered when you make the online appointment. So maybe I fat fingered and hit the wrong option or there is some sort of hiccup or glitch in their online appointment option on their webpage? Daniel offered for her to come back and they would put the full synthetic in, but my wife did not have the time to go back and wait again. Daniel is the reason why I gave it 3 stars instead of a 1 or 2 star rating. He was patient, helpful and understanding of my concerns. 3 stars because of what I believe is a glitch with the company's webpage/I.T. dept, and because of the first service rep my wife spoke to(not Daniel). In the future, if I need service on either of our vehicles, I plan on calling ahead of time to make an appointment, and not using their online appointment option. Sorry for the long review.
