Stayed for one month. Overall good RV park. Cons: 1. Expensive considering no trash pickup, no propane tank pickup, no swimming pool, no concrete pads at sites. I've stayed at places that offered all this at a lower cost. 2. Some sites are a muddy mess when it rains. 3. Traffic and train noise is quite bad. Pros: 1. Level gravel sites. 2. Staff are very nice and helpful.

We stayed one night in our 5th wheel and would absolutely come back again. The staff were all super friendly, we had a minor issue and it was resolved quickly. Fun, family atmosphere run by family for families. Site was level and easy to get into. Bathrooms were very nice and shower was hot. They really care about their guests. Thank you for hosting us and we will see you again!!

This campground is advertised as a resort and its just not. The playground is two old rusty swings and a plastic climbing cube thats broken with sharp, jagged pieces of plastic on the sides. I purchased a baby swing because there was a space to hang other swings and it came with another regular swing, that I donated to the campground since their other swings were clearly in need of an upgrade - we were there for a month and the new swing I donated was never put up. The picnic tables on the sites are all broken and the sites by the stream have little decks overlooking the river that dont look safe to be on, the wood is all warped and weathered. There is a freight train railroad that runs next to the park at all hours of the day and night, and people race up and down the back road directly behind the river all night. There is one woman who works in the main office who doesnt even acknowledge you, smile, or say hi when you walk in and is visibly annoyed when you ask for assistance with something. Everyone else is super friendly, though. The grounds and facilities are clean and the maintenance workers are so helpful and friendly. The bathrooms are clean and the live music isnt super loud, so doesnt disturb people who just want a quiet night. There really arent any amenities here besides the store and music, which is why I feel like its a hard STRETCH to call this place a resort. It is very close to Nashville but far enough from the riff raff of the city, which felt safe and peaceful. We visited during off season so it wasnt super crowded but you could see from some of the sites that when its busy they PACK people in there. The sites are definitely way too close together. Our site felt like a standard sized site and during peak season they put a camper in between where our camper and the neighboring camper is, which is insane. It wasnt a bad experience, but we wouldnt stay here again just because of the lack of amenities.
