Terminix

Terminix destroyed my attic. Me and Terminix have been going back and forth over my attic insulation work. The price of this work was $10300 which I paid in full. This is the before and after of the work that was done to say I am displeased and want and all my money back is an understatement. Yes I contacted them they agreed to fix it and did not fix it. Yes Im getting my money back asap. I hired and wanted professionals this is what I got. Trash and just a mess. Who was suppose to clean this. Why?

Beware of this company. I would never recommend Terminix to anyone. I had a partial encapsulation done over a year ago and some piping laid around my house to drain excess water. They did a botch job and had to come back to repair after finding standing water in my crawlspace a year later to wrap my pears and remove the mold caused from this error. I think some of the plastic still needs to be replaced. They told me I needed a dehumidifier because my crawlspace was holding moisture, so I purchased one that day. 3 days later it was installed and was I told someone would be in contact to install the GFI for my dehumidifier. 37 days later after trying to contact the team time and time again for an update on the GFI status I called the branch manger, customer service, and the escalation team for an update, I paid $270 to have another company to come and install the GFI. They told me the dehumidifier was installed wrong. It was put on unlevel ground and the hose wasn't long enough to reach the drain. I called the branch manager Caleb Bryant, called the rep who sold me the dehumidifier, and called customer service to let them know I had a GFI plug installed by another company and need someone to come and make sure it's running properly. (I shouldn't have had to do that because Terminix was supposed to cover that cost) It doesn't seem like a lot to ask of a company you've paid over $15,000 to. They do not value their customers and could care less if you're satisfied with their work. There is no telling how long it will take someone from Terminix to get back to me. They probably never will. Horrible company in my opinion!!
