StoneRidge Health Care

This place killed my dad. He would have died at the location if we werent visiting and found him deathly ill. Instead we were able to get him to the hospital where he died there as a result of their neglect. If you want your loved one to live, please avoid this place at all costs.

This place has been a blessing for our family. My Aunt was there for rehab and she did fantastic and was able to go home after just a few weeks. Recently my Mother in Law was there after a bad case of Covid19. She was originally put in a place in Clarksville and it was a horrible experience for her and the family. We moved her to StoneRidge and she immediately got better. The staff are all fantastic. She had always had a fear of nursing homes but she told me if she can't be home that StoneRidge was the next best place. After just a few weeks, we are bringing her back home tomorrow. At almost 90 years old, she will be back to living independently and riding her cart around the neighborhood. Thank you to all the staff and management at StoneRidge! The facility is older but the staff are what gets your loved one back home.

I was a resident there and the nurses were wonderful....but the problem is with their ADON....Assistant.Director.Of.Nursing. she is a terrible leader....the place is nasty and the health department had to come in there and write them up for things that was wrong. She fired a staff member for repeating HIPPA information on other patients and then turned around and hired her back. I got out of there ASAP. I would not take my dog there to die...let alone a person.
