I need a refill on 1 of my medications by the 8th. The pharmacy is saying they either haven't responded to their refill request or they just straight up denied it. I've had a problem with this place since the day I first started going to them YEARS ago.

Been trying to get a hold of someone for 2 weeks about getting a copy of my medical records to switch doctors. They never answer the phone and then won't let you leave a voicemail it tells you to text a phone number with your personal information in it which is completely unsafe and does NOT protect your privacy. Even after sending multiple messages over the 2 weeks time I still have not received a reply. I would just go down there in person but I can't afford to take a whole day off work just to handle this unfortunately. Completely useless.

Unless you want to be stressing and wasting your time being on call and trying to reschedule almost every appointment because theyll cancel them just randomly. Dont go here.

DOS 9/7/2023 I am a new patient of Dr. Anderson and yes, I did experience the long wait as many reviews complained about. Well, it was well worth the wait and I was very pleased with Dr. Andersons professionalism, exams and thorough attention to my needs, diagnosis and how he plans to treat me further.

My wife goes to the satellite office in Clarksville. Affiliated Neurologists (specifically Kayla Richards) fails to get medication in time for medical appointments even though she knows 3 months in advance of the appointment. She has stated on multiple occasions that it is the patients job to follow up with the Pharmacy that they are ordering medication from. She has also failed to send updated authorization forms to the Pharmacy which just causes the Pharmacy to reject the medication. She fails to follow up to ensure what she has ordered is going to arrive on time. Then she lets patients drive 1 hour round trip just to let them sign in and pay the co-pay before letting the patient know they won't be getting their injection that day. Dr Anderson does not properly document medical records for the treatment he has given. He also fails to review your previous records to ensure he continues the same care you had before arriving at his office. This office is also notorious for keeping patients waiting 1-3 hours after your scheduled appointment before being seen. When you complain about issues, nothing is done to address them and they continue to happen. The office manager Tammy just reverts back to the person you had the problem with and there is never any resolution. They act like they don't have time to deal with your patient needs because they have other patients they need to attend to. Offices are dirty, disorganized, have broken chairs and open spilled products in patient rooms that have been there over 1.5 yrs. When you bring it up they just laugh and nothing is ever done about it. This office is extremely antiquated and don't have any digital records. They drive your paper records from their main office to the satellite office on the day of your appointment. The office rarely follows up when requested by the patient and when you complain they tell you they don't appreciate the conversation...literally this happened! Several staff members left the middle of last year due to the multiple issues and many of the new staff are just not trained properly or don't care. I even looked up the Dr online and found that he was found guilty of committed fraud through the state of Tn...do your own research. I would not personally recommend this office if you are looking for good service and good medical care. We have filed a 13 page formal complaint with our insurance company and will also be filing complaints with the state medical board for the way we have been treated. Stay away!
