Goodlettsville Pediatrics

Dr Mishu is fantastic, but the front desk manager, Shannon, was terribly rude. Her customer service was so poor that it has made me rethink whether I want to be associated with this business anymore. The office manager needs to set policies and procedures in place that allow the front desk staff to communicate with their customers more clearly and concisely. I fear they have grown too large and have lost the personal touch that made them so special in the first place.

I adore Dr. Johnson. Weve been going to her for 4 years and I couldnt have better things to say about her. When I research and ask questions she will literally bring up the same studies I read. She always gets back with me, very informative while also respectful of what I choose for my kids. We saw one other physician before Dr. Johnson that I didnt feel like was the best fit so I went to next on the list and Im so glad we did. If one Dr doesnt fit try another I have plenty of friends that go to many of the other drs here. Also the ladies that answer the front desk are always so kind and patient as well as the nurses. We love Goodlettsville Pediatrics! Thank you for all you do!

Im so glad we switched to this practice. Dr. Mishu is a god send. She does not rush you at all. It might seem little but she even remembered us this last time we came in. That means so much to me. All the doctors weve seen here have been great.
