Weve been a client of J. Barnes & Company for 2-3 years now, and the service we receive from Jackson, Jeff, and Heather is fantastic. Theyve helped us with some unusual situations that have come up with our business, and always help us navigate the insurance waters. To quote Tyra Banks- Its so bad I want to give you a zero. But thats not possible so I give you a one. Customer service rep never knew the answer to anything. Emails went unanswered. Premiums changed without notice, when we inquired they said nothing was wrong-our premiums magically went down! Only to get a massive bill months later. We finally got so fed up that we cancelled and went with another company. They kept sending us bills saying we owed them money when in fact it was the other way around. We finally just had to straighten everything out with Grange directly. Ugh total nightmare!
