We had a wonderful experience with Sundek. They worked with us in so many aspects. Our project kept getting bigger and they adjusted to our changes without blinking an eye. Ross Hilz was always quick to comunicate and help out in anyway he could. Our add on project took well over a year and they were patient and stayed communicative throughout. When we had issues with some of the concrete poured. Ross helped us with recommendations and solutions. When it came to the work, the crew that came out were very friendly and respectful . Above all they worked really hard to get the project done in a professional manor. Melvin, Asidro and Marvin did an excellent job and we were thrilled with the final project. It transformed our pool area into a beautiful oasis and helped us get rid of an aggregate patio. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and the outcome of the project.

Sundek of Nashville completed a resurface of our pool deck and we could not be happier with the result. Omar and Robert are true craftsmen. Their attention to detail is unsurpassed. They were meticulous and focused on ensuring the best possible result. We had high expectations and Omar and Robert exceeded them. Sundeck has our unqualified endorsement.

The crew showed up exactly on time and was very friendly and professional in resurfacing our pool deck. We did have some cracks in the joints of the deck that the sundek product did not fully cover so had to call them to come back out and caulk and respray that area. Afterward it all looked good. My only recommendations are to address all cracks and defects on the initial application and to do a bit better job in protecting the areas where dust and debris would float. They did put paper about half-way up our screen porch but dust went in the upper half and the pool too could have been protected better from dust, debris, and product from getting in the water. So far happy with the product and our decision.
