I’ve tried on several occasions to ask questions about my taxes ppp loan etc and it takes several days to get a response if you get 1 at all my taxes where supposedly filed months ago I still haven’t even got those are even heard from the irs

I love this place I have been filing with them for 3 years now and will continue to go back love love love them very great staff . Only problem I have is sometimes with cashing my checks but that’s pretty normal with check cashing.

never turned in our revised tax return. got hit with IRS penalty. my wife sent our paperwork in the IRS fixed it in 3 weeks. we dealt with this for a year before we got wise. we were told the IRS was so backed up that was why it was taking so long. scam artists EDIT 2020. CAN'T IMAGINE WHY YOU CLOSED YOUR OFFICES IN SPRINGFIELD.
