I see some negative reviews here and I just don't understand... Are they real reviews? Is it someone who is mad because they were denied a loan? I have used Pinnacle Bank for several years and the service they provide is the best I've seen.

I can't say enough about how awesome PNFP is to bank with! They believed in my business when a big national bank did not. As to some of the reviews complaining about long lines, they must be from employees of a rival bank! I have been to branches in Goodlettsville, Hendersonville, and Gallatin and have never had to wait more than a minute or two.

My husband has been banking with Pinnacle Bank for 7years and every time he walk in the business it's one lady in the bank that is very rude and racist I spoke with Amy the supervisor there and I ask for the lady name and she refuses to give me the lady name so she supports racism also the lady need to be trained all over again we have proof this one lady is being racist towards my husband I wish people stop judging people the only concern this lady should have is if my husband has money in the bank the lady has poor customer service and if she can't treat people with respect she need to go back to her mountain
