EDITED: While he does a great job when he does show up, he has never responded back to finish the manufacturer's required warrantee. He is the ONLY person that could do it and I bought the unit because he really seems like he will follow through. I forgave him for that. His prices were great, and truly seemed like a great guy, so I am shocked that his promises are empty........I also asked if he could do yearly maintenance on the Pioneer units which he said he could do when I bought the unit. A year after when it was time for that very maintenance, he ghosted on doing that. This year I left a text to ask if he can fix an appliance.. ghosted again!! For this reason, I would be very cautious. He has ruined my trust in him.....................Too bad, just don't get your hopes up on expecting him to follow through.......... I first met Jim when he repaired a dryer electrical circuit for me. Over the last 4 years I have had him repair multiple electrical issues, re-route plumbing, and today he finished rebuilding a pool deck from the ground up. To say he is good would be an understatement. I will continue to use him and his company for all of my construction and repair needs. I highly recommend him, and for the record, Im not related to him so this is an honest review!

Called several times and texted, this place never responded at all!! Found a better company to use, suggest people don't bother with this place.
