I am back in town temporarily after living away in Santa Rosa Beach, FL for the last 8+ years. I was hesitant to go to a new vet after being established down there, but it was time for Ming & Yoshi's annual visit, so it was a must. I first went to The Pet Hospitals in Germantown for some eye issues Ming was having. We were seen by Dr. Covington. Let me tell you about this wonderful lady. She is one of the most knowledgeable DVM's I have ever been to. I was so pleased with her kindness and her ability to connect with Ming, as well as the time she spent with us. Her and her staff were amazing. Dr. Covington even called a few days later to check on Ming. On April 1, 2022, I took Ming & Yoshi in for their annual visit where we saw Dr. Covington again. I could not have been happier with how the visit went. Dr. Covington took good care of my fur babies and the pups liked her a lot. If you are looking for a top-notch DVM, please come see her at this location!

I cannot express enough how FABULOUS this vet office is. I am new to TN and needed to establish with a vet and get check ups for my two cats (or babies as the staff refers to them). The many reviews of this location were spot on - Everyone was so friendly from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. They really care about my cats and I never felt rushed. Dr. Covington was very knowledgeable about my Siamese cats dental issues ( more than my previous vet) and my Bengal cats FHO surgery issues. Dr. Covington allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed on my first visit and gave me lots of time and attention. I am beyond happy to have found this veterinarian office and receive such great customer service for me and my cats.

We are new in town and needed a vet for our puppy. We couldnt have found a better vet!! The staff is kind, friendly, and very engaging with our puppy. The price was reasonable and service was great!!!
