I know of a couple that used this agent for their property in Hickory Valley,TN. This agent advised this couple to accept an offer while the agent hid that there was another interested party. Not only did this couple lose money, but another agent lost money on the property as this agent would have had to split the commission. Since she was the buyers and sellers agent for the offer she had the client accept, she received the full commission. Do not do business with Lola. She does not have an ounce of integrity.

This agent is dirty and underhanded. . Failure to disclose and unethical behavior are two of the descriptors that come to mind. If you are the buyer for a property she has, get inspections for everything. Do not let her show up at the inspection, as is her normal behavior. If you are beat out of a property she has, its possible that she is the sellers and buyers agent for the ones you lost to. She wants the whole 6%, before broker fee. Its about the money for her, even if you lose money as the seller. Your personal information is also not confidential with this agent. She will gladly turn over everything she has to a third party, to include your financial information. Do not use her for anything.

Ginny and Lola were absolutely wonderful to work with. They are absolute experts in the field, especially in Fayette County. Ginny and Lola were patient and gracious with me during the sale of my property, which personally was a trying time for me. They made the process as easy as possible and provided the best advice and insight on expectations, etc. I highly recommend.

Ginny and Lola were great to work with from start to finish. Ginny listened to my goals and was patient when we had to delay the process due to unexpected circumstances (no fault of Ginny or Lola). When we were ready to sell we had the house listed and under contract in four days. Ginny was prompt and always answered my numerous questions. She was an absolute joy to work with and we look forward to working with her when we buy our forever house!
