My husband and I had the best experience having Sara as our realtor to sell our house! She knows her stuff- how to best price a house, how to best market the house (her marketing skills are unlike any Ive seen in real estate), plus she is extremely professional, kind, and great with communication. In a market with high interest rates, she was still able to get our house under contract in just 2 weeks. Cant recommend her enough!

I cannot say enough good things about Sara!! What an absolute delight she is! Within a span of just a few weeks, Sara helped us buy a home, sell a home, AND purchase a townhome for our MIL. All three transactions were completed in Germantown, during the crazy housing market that was 2021, and all were a good process none being easy nor straightforward. I so appreciated Saras willingness to make herself available during hours convenient for us, her committed respect of our time, her humility to be willing to share when she thought asking another agents input might shed clarity, and her all-in desire to make every agreement fair for all involved - Sara was never trying to take advantage of the other party, and I respected her integrity greatly. Additionally, Sara brings a beautiful design eye that would be incredibly helpful to anyone wanting to stage their home, decorate their new home, or additionally take photos!! She is multitalented!! She brings soooo much more to the table! Lastly, you cant help but like her; you just cant! She is kind and thoughtful and invested; she sets her personal standards of conduct with a high bar. And in full disclosure - we knew nothing of Sara before we found our dream house on the market one Saturday, and knew we had to find a realtor to represent us stat - ie, that day!!! Because she was sharp, pleasant and eager on the other end of the line, we knew we were willing to take a chance on an unknown person to represent us . and well, 3 houses were bought and sold within the next 6 weeks!
