Reggie at the front desk was phenomenal. Super friendly with a great personality. They need to give that guy a big raise! Rooms were super nice and clean.

Horrible service, the pool wasnt working and they were very rude at the front desk and didnt offer us any compensation. We found out the pool was closed after checking in they didnt even inform us. We got noise complaint while reading books. Do not stay here. Rooms: They were fine the showers are horrible.

My family and I were in town visiting for spring break. After a long night and a wrong hotel booking, the next day we checked into the Fairfield Inn Memphis Germantown. Upon check-in I was immediately greeted by the most welcoming personality of Jam. Jam definitely has a heart for her customers. She took every aspect of our family into play and was more than helpful in suggesting fun things to for us to do with kids. Because of Jam's suggestions, we had a great experience in Memphis! Reggie was the second front desk attendant who came in after Jam and he also went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. There was an issue with the toilet in our room. He gladly volunteered to help us change rooms and relocate our belongings. Any questions/concerns we had he was there to assist us. He made our hotel stay worthwhile. Meeting Jam and Reggie definitely improved our stay greatly!!
