Great location and the service was very good. The front desk staff is very friendly and are happy to help if you need anything. One tiny issue when we all woke up with black mucus in our noses but they sent housekeeping up to clean the AC unit. The unit struggled to keep it cold in the living room area where the kids slept on the pullout couch

They checked me into a room that either had another guests stuff in it, or was dirty. There were jackets in the closet and trash in the sink. I immediately asked for a refund and left.

We booked through Expedia. After arriving we found our first room to be extremely dirty with dirty used towels hanging up as if the room hadnt been cleaned. We went to front desk they were very understanding and moved us to a new room. After settling in we found this room to be even nastier! Blood/pee stains etc. Nothing was done about this! We were told to contact Expedia.

I'm an optimist -- the good things about this hotel are the front desk staff (check in and checkout with different teams were both very good), the location, the bed was relatively comfortable, the pictures in the room were lovely and I appreciated the vinyl plank floor in my room rather than carpet. However, the not good things lead me to share that this might be a good hotel to skip. Upon check-in, the marijuana smell was so strong that it was like hitting a wall when I walked in. It was pervasive throughout the hotel, even inside my room on the 3rd floor at the end of a hall. The room smelled bad anyway, but the marijuana smell on top of the existing smell made it almost unbearable. It was extremely difficult to fall asleep - and that is why I was here - to sleep for a few hours in the middle of a long drive. The floors were "smooshy" -- my feet sank into them when I stepped. The tub floor was this way as well. The floor in the room slanted downward from the baseboards - the dresser very visibly leaned way forward because the floor slanted down. There was broken glass under the chair in the room, a pen under the desk (had the room been cleaned properly , these things would have been discovered and taken care of) and the floor was sticky. The towels were old, thin, stained and small. The toilet didn't flush. The sink faucet had "toothpaste splashes" left over from the previous guest. The sheets were pilled. I hate that I can't be more positive, but this was an experience I want to save someone else from having.
