My friend sent me a photo of what she received  I was totally disgusted.  The photo showed a tall vase with a bunch of sad looking red tulips of something. I had ordered a small crystal vase with a single beautiful yellow rose as the main flower. if I could give a negative 5 to these crooks I would. RUN AWAY AND DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

So I've ordered flowers to be deli today and i called serval times no response  which is very professional I just wanted an update on my delivery and nobody responded to my calls I'm not one to complain but if i'm doing business with you I would like it to be down correctly

Order a premium arrangement 4 days prior to Valentines. Left instructions that the person was hard of hearing to call prior to delivery and either to ring the door bell or wait a little bit to make sure they came to the door.  I had not heard from her by 11 pm so I called and had her check outside.  Sure enough, flowers were on the ground outside, but, the arrangement is DEFINITELY NOT what was ordered. And DEFINITELY NOT a Premium priced arrangement.  If they didn't have the arrangement ordered, they should have called or emailed and asked what alternative arrangement would be preferred.  The delivered arrangement looks like leftovers thrown together and were in a tin can rather than a frosted glass vase. Buyer beware when ordering from out of town.  I doubt you get what is paid for so look elsewhere first.

My mom ordered a floral arrangement for my birthday at 9:45 AM. It never came, so I stayed after at work waiting for it. On my birthday. At 5 I finally gave up and went to get my kid at daycare and got home late and exhausted from my long day. I was really disappointed. The reason it ruined my day was no one answers the phone number on their website. It just rings and rings. They suck. Don't go there!
