I reached out to this business about some help with a cabinet. I sent photos of the project as requested and have had no further communication from this company despite reaching out to them again! I understand that some projects are not feasible, however, the professional response would be to convey that to the customer rather than radio silence. I had additional projects beyond the cabinet, but I guess they dont care.

I used Carpenter Works to repair some cabinet drawers in my kitchen. They measured and ordered us new updated drawer glides, and then came out again to install them. They were courteous, professional, neat , and did an overall great job . My drawers glide, and close perfectly now! I would definitely use them again. Service: Cabinet repair

I am very pleased with and impressed by the job that Carpenter Works did for me and my wife in repairing our stairs. They squeezed our small job into their crowded schedule sooner than promised, showed great care in protecting the rest of our home from dust and mess, communicated their plans clearly and regularly, and they did an excellent job. They even took care of a couple of small but long-aggravating carpentry projects that needed doing. I would call them again for any carpentry need I had, and I would recommend them highly.
