My family and I did the Hidden Waterfall Adventure guided hike this past week and had a wonderful experience it was the highlight of our trip to Gatlinburg! Mike was an excellent guide; he was funny, informative, patient, and helpful. He made the overall experience very enjoyable. This was a moderate hike in terms of intensity (a bit challenging for beginners), but we had kids and older adults in our group and everyone managed well. I just recommend bringing the proper footwear (hiking shoes you dont mind getting dirty with mud). If youre not comfortable navigating the National park on your own without cell service, definitely look into this company!

Erik is amazing! Every year I take my sons and some friends hiking in the Great Smokies, and the last two years we've used A Walk In The Woods. They are prompt, courteous, and the vehicles are clean and comfortable. This year Erik, one of the owners, took us from Clingman's Dome to Anthony Creek Trailhead. He knew so much about the wildlife and biodiversity in the park I feel like I got a college degree in an hour, and he was really a very pleasant guy to talk with! I cannot recommend A Walk In The Woods enough. We'll be coming back and they are our go-to shuttle service! - Drew

Loved the day hike with Corian as our guide. The whole day was amazing. She led us up to the AT to Mt Cammerer for some amazing views. Corian was very knowledgeable about the smokies. Learned so much about the trees, plants and especially some tricks on how to survive in the smokies. Would definitely recommend using A Walk in the Woods and request Corian as your guide.

Ken was a great guide. We learned so much about the trail and the Smoky Mountains. Will definitely do this again. We all walked at a very comfortable pace.
