Summit Manor Condominiums

We were very disappointed the pool was closed was not till this ahead of time also the stairwells need attention just needs to be a lot of general upkeep

Stayed in A2011, nice place but very dirty. Bathrooms had not been cleaned, kitchen was very dirty, dirty dishes in dishwasher, not vacuumed. Furniture smelled. No power in kitchen so I called at 3 pm. Nothing. Called back 2 more times then maintenance finally came at 10 pm? Seriously??? Maintenance dropped a lightbulb and it shattered all over countertops. Called Quality Inn and followed up with complaint, was told it was reported to owners. Not a Im sorry nothing. Definitely would not recommend this place again.

The condo we stayed in was fully updated. The place was especially clean. It's really nice to stay just off the main street in Gatlinburg. You're less than 5 minutes from anything and everything. So many options. I would say here again. Price is high though. Worth it in my opinion.

DO NOT RENT FROM THE OWNER OF UNIT 2062!!!!!! The owners watch your activities constantly. Whether you are leaving to go down to the town or coming back bringing groceries. The male owner was creepy and made my daughter and the other young girl we were staying with uncomfortable. I wouldn't be surprised if there was a hidden camera located somewhere around the unit. My daughter and I were staying there with another mother daughter for a dance competition. There were other dance moms staying within the units. We had the moms over a couple of nights to which we stayed on the balcony and kept quiet. We were told we were in violation for having guests over. They told us this after they unfairly evicted us two nights before we were leaving. No warnings, just sent the police to our unit, scaring the moms and daughters. In addition to kicking out two mothers, with no car and minor daughters and nowhere to stay, he continued to use profanity in front of them and nobody did anything about it. BEWARE OF THE OWNERS OF UNIT 2062!!!!! It's a very nice unit, but honestly isn't worth the hassle of being their tenants. You don't have any confidence you can stay the whole week nor feel safe with someone watching your every move. Just my advice.
