Absolutely thrilled with the cleaning service for our Airbnb cabin! We moved to the area from Dallas three years ago and ever since that move it has been a real struggle to find a reliable, professional company that will clean a home that is not a rental. In Dallas there are endless companies, all licensed and insured, so when we moved here we did not think it would be difficult to find a reputable cleaning company but it proved to be extremely difficult. The major issue is our home isn't a rental, so most cleaners won't even talk to you unless it's a rental property. As a business owner myself, that literally makes no sense but it seems to be the way it is here and we were pretty much ready to give up when we found Diamond Touch Cleaning who was willing to take both rentals and primary residences. Robin, the owner, shows up on time and is very professional. If you live in the area, you will understand that people showing up and on time here is not a given. She does an excellent job and truly strives for perfection and excellence in her services. She isn't interested in doing just an ok level job and asks for feedback on her work if any changes are needed. Of course all our feedback is always glowing as she does a wonderful job. You can tell she truly cares about her business and we look forward to working with her for many years to come.
