Great customer service he came out 45 mins to assit my break problem and wouldn't even take some gas money for the journey after finding out there was nothing wrong with the brakes ,it had just gotten hot and needs cooling down.My Family thank you...

Had car issue while on vacation in Gatlinburg. He came to where we were and Fixed our car at a reasonable price and did it within 2 hours. He also picked up the part we needed on the way to us. Would definitely use him again.

Available immediately, quickly diagnosed our cars thumping noise, openly and clearly talking through his thought process along the way. He even managed to get the needed part ordered and in-hand within a couple of hours, and got it fixed up with enough time for us to do a relaxed hike in the afternoon! Friendly, capable, and highly recommended!

I called Banks Motorsports after another mechanic said they were gonna tow my vehicle that was parked in their lot after they had agreed to look at/repair my overheating car. I didn't realize, even though it is clearly in the name, Banks Motorsports comes to you!! So convenient!! Especially being a tourist on vacation. He was able to come out to me very quickly and really made the whole thing pretty painless. I was able to still enjoy this day of my vacation and now have a functioning car back.
