Chad & his team did a great job on our house gutters & downspouts, soffits, windows, bricks, patio & porch, driveway & sidewalks! They were very professional, as well as friendly, and worked very efficiently with a commitment of 100% satisfaction! They also clearly explained the cleaning process before and during our cleaning. We would definitely use their services again, as well as, completely recommending them to other folks!

Working with Lil' Squirt was a great experience. I contacted them yesterday and their owner, Jerry, made it a point to come out and inspect our house the same day. All others I requested quotes from either didn't respond or simply sent a quote with no follow up on what all was included. Jerry did a thorough walkthrough and than gave us several options with clear cut pricing and no hidden fees. We chose to get their platinum package (which is discounted when you get that package) and wow, they did not disappoint. They cleaned our driveway, sidewalk, garden pavers, the entire house (including the roof and windows), our back porch (including our concrete patio that is connected), and our entire surrounding fence. The team that completed the cleaning worked hard throughout the entire day, was extremely friendly, and professional. They moved all of our items that needed to be moved for cleaning and at the end put it all back....other companies that bid charged extra for moving items. In my opinion the money we paid was well worth the value...it is like a new house again! I would highly recommend Lil' Squirt to any and all. We will certainly be using them in the future!
